This treatment involves giving the body extra oxygen. During treatment the patient breathes in pure (100%) oxygen under increased pressure inside of a hyperbaric chamber. By increasing the amount of oxygen into the patients’ bloodstream it makes it easier to kill cancer cells while also activating the healing process in the body.
