腹腔灌注热疗的作用原理

“腹膜”指的是腹腔中的内膜。由于周围器官的脆弱性和组织内肿瘤的深度，由结直肠癌、阑尾癌、间皮瘤和其他形式的癌症引起的腹膜腔癌可能难以治疗。腹腔灌注热疗为腹腔内的癌症提供了独特的治疗方法，其将不同的抗癌药物与热疗相结合。热疗指的是对肿瘤和剩余的癌细胞施加高热量。研究表明，41 摄氏度以上的温度可以有效杀死癌细胞，而不会损害周围的组织。热量还可以使抗癌药物更深入地渗透到组织中，从而消除可能看不到的癌细胞。

进行腹腔灌注热疗的方法

腹腔灌注热疗过程首先是对肿瘤进行部分切除或减瘤，然后进行腹腔热疗，从而能够更高效地渗透到剩余的癌细胞中。在切除部分癌组织后，医生将把导管插入体内。一根导管将抗癌药物溶液泵送到体内，而另一根导管将流体抽回到加热设备中。该程序将腹腔内的部位加热到大约 40.6 至 42 摄氏度（105 至 107.6 华氏度）。该程序最多需要 90 分钟，在此期间，抗癌药物溶液将不断循环通过癌组织。
