冷冻消融疗法的作用原理

冷冻消融是一种消融技术，广义上指的是使用极低的温度来破坏组织。也称为冷冻疗法、冷冻手术或经皮冷冻消融。这种冷冻消融疗法可以用于各种癌症，以消除癌细胞或病变组织并可能缩小肿瘤。冷冻消融过程使温度降至 -75 摄氏度以下。可以受控的方式有效杀死癌细胞和肿瘤组织，同时对周围组织的损害最小。

在冷冻消融期间，将冷冻探针（细针）通过患者的皮肤插入到肿瘤中。这种微创手术通过冷冻探针将气体（通常是氩气）泵送到肿瘤细胞中，以将温度降低到冰点以下。组织冻结后可以立即解冻。在一个治疗环节中，这种冻结和解冻循环会持续数次以杀死癌组织。在完成冷冻消融手术后，必须进行随访和密切监测以确保冷冻消融治疗有效。该手术是一种微创手术，与手术切除等其他治疗形式相比，患者的康复时间要短的多。
